General Information

Our objects are exclusively and very carefully hand painted. We offer decoration freely taken from photos of old plates and tableware, fancy patterns as well as decoration inspired from old ceramics. Moreover, we are proud of our modern production thanks to colors and enamel paint “ad effetto”.

We decorate tiles as well as panels to coat bathrooms and kitchens or, more simply, to create genuine pictures.

It is our pleasure to collaborate and satisfy our customers who can order special objects painted according to their own wish and tastes.

Shipment

We can ship our objects all over the world and the shipment will be done by the company “Mail Boxes”.

The merchandise shipped is fully insured.

We recommend customers to check the integrity of the ceramics on parcel delivery. In case of breakages or damages, customers must sent us a written communication (Email: baiceramiche@libero.it) within 5 days after receipt to claim the insurance for damages.

Shipment Times

Upon your request we will send you an estimate for the expenses and inform you about the delivery time.

Terms of Payment

For payment customers may choose either the credit card against written authorization or credit transfer.

To Know

Frost and very low temperatures may seriously damage ceramics.

Light differences in decoration, in colors as well as in sizes, are always possible due to the fact that our ceramics is totally hand made.
